Please Mom, I Love You

When I was much younger, I didn't like going to school as I couldn't leave my mother's side.

My mom is so beautiful. I love her so much.

Her smelly armpit was even sweet-scented to me.

I did follow her wherever she was.

I really didn't want to leave my mom's side to go to school.

But my mom was hard on me. Every morning she'd chase me down the street with a cane.

She wants me to go to school because she felt she could've gone far in life if she was educated.

My mom was always worried of my academic performance if it would be poor. And she was very happy whenever my performance was fine.

During my school years, from primary to high school, my uniforms and bags were never bought in malls or any stores. My mother spun fabric from cotton and weaved  it herself.

I remember my mom sleeping late and saw her sewing my uniform.

These all are certainly with love.

Now, she has no clear vision, can poorly hear, and is an old-aged woman. I may not have the chance to say this to her every day, but this time I wanted her to know that I'm proud to be her son and I love her very much!

Mothers are the best thing that ever happened in this world.

Happy Mother's Day
